Led by Dr. Jaclyn Brancato, a board-certified primary care physician, our practice is committed to delivering thoughtful, comprehensive care for individuals and families. Born and raised in New Jersey, Dr. Brancato brings deep community ties, strong clinical expertise, and a genuine passion for helping patients achieve long-term wellness. Fluent in Spanish, she welcomes a diverse patient population and strives to create an inclusive, supportive environment where patients feel heard and respected.

Dr. Brancato graduated with honors from Stevens Institute of Technology, earned her medical degree from the University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey School of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed her residency at Barnabas Health Jersey City Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident. Her approach to medicine centers on listening carefully, educating patients, and partnering together to make informed healthcare decisions.

At Lincoln Park Internal Medicine, we work to make care accessible and convenient. Same-day sick appointments are offered whenever possible — please call the office to check availability. We accept most commercial and Medicare insurance plans, and we encourage patients to contact the office to confirm participation with their specific plan.

Outside the office, Dr. Brancato enjoys spending time with her husband, Chris, and their four children, cheering at sports events, volunteering in the community, staying active, and relaxing with a little Taylor Swift music.
