About

Dr. Kylee Brech is an Ocean County native who grew up in Brick as one of six children, where family has always been at the center of her life. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware (Go Blue Hens!) and earned her medical degree from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She went on to complete her pediatric residency at Cooper University Hospital, where she trained alongside her husband, Dr. Dylan Brech, and was selected to serve as Chief Resident during her final year.
During her residency, she was recognized for her dedication and excellence in patient care, earning “Resident of the Quarter” among more than 15 residency programs, as well as “The Extra Mile Award” for her exceptional commitment to patients and her program.
Dr. Brech currently practices primarily as a Pediatric Hospitalist with CHOP at Virtua, where she cares for infants and children in the emergency department, inpatient units, and newborn nursery. She is passionate about providing compassionate, family-centered care to every child she meets.
Outside of medicine, her most cherished role is being a mom to her two beautiful children. She understands firsthand the joys and challenges of parenthood and brings that perspective into her care of families.
A fun full-circle moment: Dr.Brech has a special connection to this practice—she was once a patient here when it was formerly M&M Pediatrics, and her mother has been part of the team for over 25 years. Now, she is also able to work alongside her husband again. Caring for patients in a place that feels like home makes her work especially meaningful.
