What to Expect at a Same-Week Visit

Your visit will consist of:

• Comprehensive Evaluation: Your provider will review your symptoms, medical history, medications, and relevant risk factors.
• On-Site or Coordinated Testing:  Labs, imaging (e.g., X-ray, CT scan), and other diagnostic tests are ordered promptly when needed. Many of these services can be performed on site, at our clinic.
• Immediate Care Planning: Treatment starts right away, with clear instructions and follow-up planning.
• Care Navigation: If specialty care is needed, referrals are handled by our team for continuity of care.
