Your right to access and use the Product terminates automatically if you violate these Terms.

If the Product includes email, text, or patient-portal communications, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, ensure messages sent or received are accurate, and notify TMGNJ immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You acknowledge that communication through electronic means may not be completely secure and that you are responsible for safeguarding access to your device or account.
You may not use the Product to transmit harmful, illegal, defamatory, or infringing materials. TMGNJ reserves the right to terminate access for violations.
End User Responsibilities
By using the Product, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating any account, maintain confidentiality of your credentials, and use the Product in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, design, logos, and materials contained in or accessible through the Product are the property of The Medical Group of New Jersey or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any portion of the Product; reverse-engineer or attempt to derive source code; or use any trademarks or service marks of TMGNJ without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: TMGNJ, its affiliates, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Product. TMGNJ’s total liability shall not exceed $1,000 (USD) for any single claim. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Product is to stop using it.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Medical Group of New Jersey, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of the Product or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Morris or Warren County, New Jersey. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
