Rosemarie Spinelli is a primary care family medicine nurse practitioner in Hawthorne and owns and operates Lotus Care LLC.  She has more than 30 years of nursing experience – including being a nurse practitioner for 17 years in a busy internal medicine practice.  Her background includes emergency room nursing at St Joseph’s Hospital in Paterson where she was also a paramedic. Rosemarie’s passion includes integrative medicine, combining the body’s innate ability to heal in combination with conventional medicine.
